Integrated Pension Design, Inc. was founded almost 30 years ago by a former Apollo 14 NASA Mathematician.

Our credo then as now is: "While Pensions can be as complex as Rocket Science, you don't need to be a Rocket Scientist to understand them."

Our clientele is located throughout the country, encompassing 1 person firms to 1000 person firms. We do only one thing: Complete Plan Administration and we believe we do it very well.

Our niche has always been sophisticated plan design often allowing a large percentage of contributions to inure to owners and partners. While many clients are satisfied with an off the rack pension plan, others need a custom fit. And in all cases, our clients are educated as to what suits them best.

Because of educating our clients, we are often able to save them unnecessary fees, and instead install a plan that doesn't require complex design.

While our business is Plan Design, Implementation and Administration, we are brought in on takeover cases to solve difficult problems arising from compliance problems to design problems. Our reputation for difficult plans has enabled us to become quite sought after as Problem Solvers.
